Seo Taiji Announces Comeback Concert ‘Christmalowin’ for October 18
Singer Seo Taiji announced his comeback concert for the middle of the October. It is his first concert in five years and it will precede the release of his 9th full album.
Representatives from Seo Taiji’s record label officially declared today, Sept. 1, that the singer will hold the comeback concert, entitled ‘Christmalowin’, on October 18. The concert will be the first peek fans can take of the new album. Not exclusive to just new songs, Seotaiji will also perform some of the old songs that have made him famous in Korea..
The concert is planned to take place at Jamsil Main Stadium with the latest state-of-art sound systems and lights. This concert will be using more VTX speaker units that any other concert in South Korea. These speakers are famous for being used by the rock band Metallica when they had their world tour.
The title of the concert, ‘Christmalowin’, is a compound word from ‘Christmas’ and ‘Halloween’. It stands for a new music festival and it is meant to raise expectances of the fans for a total new experience of a high quality concert.
The tickets for the concert will be on sale at Interpark Internet site starting Sept. 3 at 8 PM.
